Robert Lupo, Customer Service Manager
Hello! I’m Robert Lupo, Customer Service Manager for Translations in Motion. As a customer service enthusiast, I’m passionate about bringing people together. I spend my time ensuring businesses and individuals have the language services they need to overcome language barriers.
Guiding You Toward the Services That Best Fit Your Needs
I’ve been part of the Translations in Motion team for over four years. In that time, I’ve dedicated my daily work to answering your calls, writing detailed estimates and assigning projects to our team to ensure timely delivery. I’m also a notary public, ensuring the highest quality translated documents.
What can you expect from me? My number one goal is to provide a friendly and helpful voice. When we meet, I’ll listen carefully to your needs, asking for any additional details to help find the perfect service for you. I’ll answer your questions regarding our process and provide a detailed quote, so you know exactly what to expect from the get-go.

Who Am I?
I was born and raised in Boynton Beach, Florida. I’m now married to the greatest woman who ever lived. When I’m not serving our customers, you’ll find me watching movies or playing guitar, video games or disc golf.
Now for Some Fun…
- A fun fact others may not know about me: I was the President of the Drama Club and the baritone section leader for Dimensional Harmony at Boynton Beach Community High School. I sang Christmas carols with the chorus for President Trump at Mar-a-Lago in 2005. I’ve also been on a mission trip to Paraguay and I’m rather good at drawing.
- Favorite book: “The Outsiders” by S.E. Hinton.
- Favorite movie: “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Avengers: Endgame.”
- Favorite drink: Root beer.
- Favorite music: Octavarium by Dream Theater.
- Favorite travel spot: I really enjoy the Smokey Mountains.
- I’ll tell you a joke: Two cucumbers were put into an oven. The first cucumber says, “Is it getting hot in here, or is it just me?” The second cucumber replied, “AAHH! A talking cucumber!”
